Schools are abundant in the area for families with children to attend. For primary and secondary education, Tucker residents can attend the DeKalb County School District, which includes three of the top-ranked schools in the nation.
The Elementary schools are Evansdale, Brockett, Idlewood, Livsey, Midvale, Nesbit Elementary School, and Smoke Rise Charter Elementary Schools.
